Omar Adam is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in procurement finance and financial planning within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Material Cost Business Leader at Boeing since January 2021, Omar oversees procurement finance for a multi-billion dollar business unit, successfully pioneering financial processes that enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy. Previous roles at Boeing include Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst and Financial Analyst, where Omar led significant financial planning efforts for major space portfolios and managed substantial budgets. Prior to Boeing, Omar was a Financial Analyst at Northrop Grumman, responsible for integrated product team financial performance across a $20 billion space portfolio. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
