Patricia Stevens

Patricia Stevens, Ph.D., is the Chief Engineer for Phantom Works Vertical Lift at Boeing, where they lead the development of advanced vertical lift technologies. They have held various leadership positions within Boeing, including Advanced Combat Systems Chief Engineer and Systems Engineering Senior Manager, and have successfully managed multimillion-dollar programs and cross-functional teams. Previously, they served as a Mechanical Engineering Instructor at Penn State University and earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Their experience encompasses technology strategy, program management, and establishing strong partnerships across various sectors.
