Paul Kurowski

Paul Kurowski has extensive experience in program management and process engineering within the aerospace industry, notably at Boeing from 2005 to 2011 and again from 2014 to 2019. In the role of Program Operations Manager at Boeing/SAIC FCS Program Management Office, Paul was responsible for execution planning, personnel management, and audit oversight. As a Process Engineering Specialist, Paul focused on process improvement and problem-solving, achieving the designation of Six Sigma Master Black Belt. At The Boeing Company, Paul specialized in integrating various process improvement methodologies, including the Boeing Problem Solving Model, Lean+, and Six Sigma practices. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the Aerospace Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
