Paul Watson

Paul Watson was appointed Director of the MQ-28 Production System in 2022, where they lead the design and operation of the production system for the MQ-28 Ghost Bat uncrewed military platform. Previously, they served as Director of Boeing Defence Australia's Aerospace Engineering & Production team from 2020 to 2022, delivering key engineering capabilities and securing significant grants for various technology developments. Watson had a notable tenure at Boeing Australia from 2012 to 2017, leading production engineering for the 787, 777, 737, and 747 programs. They began their career as a Project Engineer at Clough Engineering and graduated with honors from the University of Queensland in 2001 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Aerospace.
