Phyllis DiTocco

Phyllis DiTocco is a retired professional who served as the Director of Field Operations for the Boeing Defense, Space & Security Boston Field Office, collaborating closely with Hanscom Air Force Base on significant Air Force and Joint Programs. Phyllis began their career at Boeing as an Engineering Operations Analyst focused on Configuration Change Board actions for various programs. Over a 30+ year tenure, they held roles in engineering operations, contract management, program liaison, and marketing strategy development. Phyllis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Northeastern University and completed the DoD Executive Program Managers Course at DSMC, Ft Belvoir. Outside of their professional achievements, Phyllis actively contributed to the community as the Past-President and a board member of the Lexington-Concord Chapter of AFCEA and received the AFCEA International Leadership Award in 2005.
