Pippa Materacki is a Principal Human Factors System Engineer at Boeing Defence with over 15 years of experience in the Nuclear and Defence industries. Pippa has led usability development and verification activities for an award-winning digital simulation training program and specializes in addressing ergonomic, cognitive, and behavioral factors that affect product usability. Pippa has also founded Dando Designs Ltd and previously served as a Human Performance Consultant at EDF Energy and a Human Factors Engineer at AWE. Pippa holds a BSc in Human Factors/Ergonomics from Loughborough University and an MSc in Organisational Development and Change Management from Kingston University.
