Rachel Gillott is a motivated leader in learning and organisational development with over 20 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions that enhance organisational performance and culture. Currently serving as a Senior Learning, Training & Development Specialist at Boeing, they consult on learning strategy and initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Rachel held roles including Principal Learning and Development Officer at the Office of Industrial Relations and Learning and Development Manager at Shine Lawyers, where they developed capability frameworks and leadership programs. Additionally, Rachel is a Divisional Council Member and Vice President of the Australian Institute of Training & Development.
