Rachel Kiser

Rachel Kiser is a structural analysis engineer with a diverse background in aerospace engineering and currently serves as the BSC Certification Senior Manager at Boeing. Previously, Kiser held various engineering and research positions, including structural analysis engineer and project leader, where they contributed to significant projects such as the 787 and 777X. Kiser’s early experience includes roles as a quality lab intern and undergraduate researcher, complementing their academic background with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. They aim to strengthen their leadership and management skills in their current role.
