Rae Lutters is an Aerospace and Sustainability Transformation Leader with 25 years of experience in Fortune 100 OEMs. They held numerous positions at Boeing, including ecoDemonstrator Program Director and Manager of Electronic Systems Integration, and contributed to Flight Test Engineering. Rae began their career with internships at Cirrus Aircraft and Basin Electric Power Cooperative. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Aviation and Aerospace Sustainability at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University while continuing their studies in Mechanical Engineering at The University of North Dakota.
