Rajiv P.

Rajiv P. is the Senior Leader of the Engineering Design Center at Boeing South Carolina, where they oversee engineering workforce strategy and various development programs. They have held leadership roles since joining Boeing in 1999 as an Electrical Engineer on the Space Station and Shuttle Program. Previously, Rajiv led the 787 Electrical/Equipment Design Team and the BDS Operational Excellence group, optimizing production systems and supply chains. Their notable achievements include being recognized as a NASA Space Flight Honoree and receiving multiple awards, including an Engineering Excellence Award from the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin. Rajiv holds a Master’s in Business Management from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
