Randy Lum

Randy Lum is an accomplished Propulsion Engineer in the Aerospace field with a focus on propulsion for In-Space Vehicles. They currently serve as the Propulsion Chief Engineer for Boeing's Space & Launch Division, where they align technology investments and oversee investigations into component issues. Randy holds a Master's degree in Aero/Astro Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin. Their extensive experience includes managing the development of thrusters, conducting propulsion architecture studies, and facilitating cross-training at Boeing.
