Reji Thomas

Reji Thomas has extensive experience in electrical standards and management within the aerospace industry, particularly with Boeing Commercial Airplanes from September 2012 to May 2021, where Reji held positions such as Electrical Standards and various roles in electrical design management. In September 2023, Reji transitioned to a Senior Manager role for Cabin Systems at Boeing. Prior to this, Reji worked at Labinal from December 2001 to October 2008, serving as Standards Manager and Value Engineering Manager among other titles. Reji holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership from Capella University (2012-2015), an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas (2008-2011), and a degree in Civil Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad.
