Rhiannon McLaughlin

Rhiannon (Non) McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and technical roles across various organizations, including Boeing and BAE Systems. As the Managing Director of Violetmai from 2013 to 2016, Rhiannon was responsible for establishing the business, managing marketing strategies, and overseeing operations. Prior experience at BAE Systems includes roles such as R&D Technical Manager, where project management and technical response services were key responsibilities, and Offset Manager, focusing on strategic engagements in export markets. Rhiannon’s expertise also extends to engineering integration and industrial partnerships, gained through roles in multinational environments. Currently, as Head of Product Support at Boeing, Rhiannon leads comprehensive support operations for defense products, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Rhiannon holds degrees in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Warwick and Engineering from the University of Glamorgan and the University of Plymouth.
