Geospatial Intelligence Systems Chief Architect

Richard Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and intelligence. They served as an Imagery Interpreter in the US Air Force from 1988 to 1992 and later as a Senior Intelligence Officer in the US Air Force Reserves until 2012. Richard held the role of Chief Systems Architect at Boeing Aerospace from 1996 to 2004 and currently leads as the Maritime Undersea SEIT Capability Lead at Boeing, where they manage Systems Engineering Integration & Test engineers. Additionally, they have been the Geospatial Intelligence Systems Chief Architect at Boeing since 2004. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's in Strategic Intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College.
