Richard Scheps

Richard Scheps is a Program Manager and System Engineering Lead at Boeing Defense, Space, and Security, where they focus on satellite systems as the SEIT Lead Engineer. They previously served as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at General Dynamics and have extensive experience in operations and engineering roles at companies like TotelTel and Telstra. Richard’s expertise includes project engineering, research and development, and spectrum policy management. They are currently pursuing a BSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
