Rick Lemaster

Rick Lemaster is a Senior Regional Director for Global Business Development at The Boeing Company, focusing on defense, space, and government services across the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye, and Israel. Prior to this role, Rick held various leadership positions within Boeing, including Director of V-22 Tiltrotor Global Sales & Marketing, and Director of Unmanned Airborne Systems, contributing to significant military aircraft programs. Rick has a distinguished background as a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel, with expertise in defense trade, international affairs, and program management. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Duke University and a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
