Robert Allen

Robert Allen is an accomplished executive leader in the aerospace and defense sector with over 15 years of experience managing complex organizations. As a retired Marine Corps officer, Robert served as an F/A-18 Hornet pilot and held various leadership roles, including Commanding Officer at The Basic School. Currently, Robert is a Senior Manager at Boeing, leading teams in developing aircrew courseware for defense customers. Robert earned an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School and is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Capella University.
