Robert Sykes has extensive experience in production operations and continuous improvement within the aerospace industry. Sykes began a career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as a Production Operations Specialist from October 1996 to June 2005. Following this, Sykes joined Spirit AeroSystems, serving as a Production Operations Specialist and later advancing to the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist and Lean Manufacturing Master Coach from June 2005 to April 2011. Currently, Sykes is employed at Boeing since December 2025, holding the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist and also serving as a Lean Manufacturing Master Coach.
