Engineering Manager - Satellite Payload Mechanical & Wire Harness Design

Roman A is currently the Avionics Systems Manager for the Artemis Human Lunar Lander System at NASA, where they manage a team overseeing the development of various subsystems for lunar landers. Previously, Roman worked at Boeing as a Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer from 2008 to 2023, earning accolades such as the Black Engineer of the Year Award in 2021. Earlier in their career, Roman served as a Project Engineer at Johnson/SpaceHab Engineering Services, where they designed modifications for vehicle mockups and managed project budgets. Roman holds a Master of Science in Project Management & Business Development from SKEMA Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, along with a certificate in Stanford Advanced Project Management.
