Ronald Rorie

Ronald Rorie is currently a Flight Test AMTI Team Leader at Boeing and a Career Specialist Supervisor at Marine Corps Systems Command. Previously, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, sourcing software development engineers, and retired from the Marine Corps after serving as the Director of Recruitment Operations, where they significantly improved hiring and retention goals. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Arizona Global Campus and is pursuing a degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
