Rory Kaclik

Rory Kaclik has over 16 years of experience in Mechanical, Design, Product, and Project Engineering, specializing in systems related to naval generators, electric motors, and actuators. Rory has worked with notable aviation industry leaders such as Boeing and Airbus, managing qualification testing and direct customer interactions. Currently serving as the 787 Deputy Fleet Chief at Boeing, Rory previously held positions including Senior Project Engineer at Hummingbird Aero LLC and Design Engineer at Curtiss Wright Flow Control Company. Rory earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and obtained a PMP certification in 2019.
