Ross Gadient is a Technical Fellow in Guidance, Navigation, and Flight Control at The Boeing Company, where they provide enterprise-wide technical quality support and lead various high-priority projects. They have held roles as a Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer and Associate Technical Fellow, contributing significantly to multiple aircraft programs, including C-17 and 777X. Ross has also been an Adjunct Faculty member at Portland State University since 2014, teaching courses in controls and dynamics. They earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and hold both a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
