Ruchika Avasthi

Ruchika Avasthi is currently the Global Equity Diversity and Inclusion Leader for India at Boeing and serves as the Regional Inclusion Partner for the British Foreign Commonwealth Office, focusing on inclusion across South Asia and Afghanistan. With over 13 years of experience, Ruchika has specialized in leadership development, organizational culture change, and diversity initiatives. Previously, Ruchika held positions at Ericsson, Hewitt Associates LLC, and PwC, where they provided strategic HR guidance and fostered inclusive work environments. Ruchika earned an MBA in Human Resources from Cardiff University and a BA in Law from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
