Ryan Cass

Ryan Cass is an ultra-endurance athlete, podcast host, community builder, speaker, and performance coach. They founded Won Day in 2019, where they teach people how to establish discipline and systems to achieve their goals, delivering keynote speeches to thousands annually. Ryan has extensive experience in business development and financial analysis from positions held at Otis Elevator Company and Boeing, where they currently serve as Senior Manager of the 787 Skill Enhancement Center. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel and have pursued further education at MIT and Villanova University.
