Ryan Lechien

Ryan Lechien, CSP, is a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Specialist with extensive experience in environmental health and safety. They have led a team of nine EHS specialists at Boeing, developing and implementing programs to ensure occupational safety excellence. Previously, Ryan held various positions within Boeing, where they effectively raised compliance rates and managed EHS programs on the production line. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Environmental and Safety Management from Pittsburg State University and a Master's of Science in Management, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University.
