Ryan Nelson

Ryan Nelson is an accomplished Project Integration Manager currently overseeing the 787 Fleet Chief Office. Ryan started their career as a Racecar Engineering Project Subsystem Lead at UC Irvine, where they led the transformation of a combustion racecar into an electric competition model. Their subsequent role as a Project Engineer at Atmos International involved preparing functional designs for leak detection systems and conducting international on-site installations. At Boeing, Ryan held various engineering positions, contributing to the development of maintenance programs for the 737NG/MAX and performing critical engineering analyses. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Materials Science from the University of California, Irvine.
