Ryan Rounkles

Ryan Rounkles is the Engineering Technical Lead at Boeing, where they collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee the engineering team. With a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Ryan previously served as a Lead Design Engineer at Endoscopy Development Company, generating significant revenue through innovative product designs. They have also held engineering management roles at TG Missouri and Cooper B-Line, where they drove process improvements and cost savings. Ryan earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
