Ryan Zumwalt

Ryan Zumwalt is currently a Senior Counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions at The Boeing Company. They previously served as a Judicial Intern at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Daniel P. Jordan III in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Ryan also held positions at Latham & Watkins as a Summer Associate and Associate, and worked as a Public Policy Specialist at Patton Boggs LLP. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
