Sabre Hecht is currently the Flight Controls Integration and Safety Engineering Lead at Boeing, where they oversee certification, safety, and requirements development. Previously, Sabre has held roles such as System Safety Engineer at Blue Origin, and Structural Design Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation. They began their career as a Ski Instructor and gained early experience as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of Colorado. Sabre earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2013.
