Sam Singer

Sam Singer is currently the Chief Counsel for Cyber & Technology at Boeing, a position held since 2021. With a solid background in law, Sam previously served as a Senior Counsel at Boeing and held various roles, including Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and law clerk positions at the U.S. Court of Appeals for both the Seventh and Tenth Circuits. Additionally, Sam has shared knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center from 2017 to 2020 and continues to advise at Rainbook. Sam earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law.
