Samantha Clair

Samantha Clair has an extensive career at Boeing since March 2008, currently serving as the Director of Propulsion Systems Operations after progressing through several key roles, including Director of Engine Operations and Senior Procurement Manager. Samantha has demonstrated leadership in procurement, engineering operations, and quality management, notably managing teams focused on improvement and efficiency in the 787 program. Prior to Boeing, experience includes a role as a Piping Designer at Anvil Corporation, where Samantha worked on HVAC and underground piping systems. Additionally, contributions to professional development for women in leadership roles are evident through involvement with Boeing Women in Leadership and the NAWMBA Seattle Chapter. Samantha holds an MBA in Management from Seattle Pacific University and a BS in Industrial Technology Engineering from Western Washington University.
