Project Lead/Associate Chief Engineer - Starliner RCS Thruster IFA RCCA Team

Sarah Bratton is currently the Associate Chief Engineer for Propulsions and Fluids at Boeing, where they lead the IFA Thruster Flight Anomaly Root Cause Corrective Action team for the CST-100 Starliner and manage key projects within the Space Launch System Chief Engineering Office. They have a strong background in propulsion analysis and system integration, having worked with Boeing since 2014 in various capacities, including propulsion analysis and component development engineering for the Exploration Upper Stage. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University, along with certifications in O2 Safety Level III and GD&T.
