Scott Mowers

Scott Mowers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and management. They served as a Subcontract Administrator at Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne from 1984 to 1996 and held various positions at Boeing from 1995 to 2005. In 2009, Scott took on the role of Contracts Managing Director at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School (1992) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Administrative Studies and Economics from the University of California Riverside (1984).
