Sergio Zavala

Sergio Zavala, MBA, MBB, is a seasoned sales and product support leader with extensive experience in sales operations and customer support across diverse global markets including Asia, Latin America, and EMEA. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Defense Distribution and Sales Director at Boeing Global Services in Tampa, Florida, they have held various leadership roles throughout their career, including positions at GE Aviation, Pratt & Whitney, and the U.S. Navy Reserve. Sergio is a certified Master Black Belt, proficient in both English and Spanish, and dedicated to balancing customer satisfaction with profitability to enhance customer value. They earned a BS in Engineering - Physics from Northeastern University and previously served as a Director and Board Member for ALPFA, Inc.
