Seth MacDougall is currently an Operations Manager at Boeing South Carolina, leading efforts on the 787 Program since its early rollout with Air India. Before joining Boeing in 2011, they built a diverse skill set in construction trades such as carpentry and electrical work, culminating in a role as a foreman at Tecta America Corp. Seth earned several certifications, including a general contractor’s license and the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (N.C.C.C.O) in 2010. Educated at The Citadel from 2016 to 2020, Seth continues to embrace challenges as a team leader, focusing on safe and efficient crane operations. Outside of work, they are a devoted family person and an avid fan of the New England Patriots.
