Sham Musthapha has over two decades of experience in systems engineering, beginning as a Scientific Officer at Dstl's Electronic Combat Department, where responsibilities included radar cross-section prediction and analysis. A transition to the Surface Attack Weapons Department at Dstl involved requirements capture and performance assessments for weapon systems.
