Sham Musthapha

Sham Musthapha has over two decades of experience in systems engineering, beginning as a Scientific Officer at Dstl's Electronic Combat Department, where responsibilities included radar cross-section prediction and analysis. A transition to the Surface Attack Weapons Department at Dstl involved requirements capture and performance assessments for weapon systems. Following tenure as a Senior Systems Engineer at Thales, Sham advanced to Principal Systems Engineer at Ultra Electronics, taking on design authority and customer engagement roles. At Boeing, Sham served as Systems Engineering Manager, leading a team to enhance practices while also developing strategic initiatives as the Research, Development and Engineering Strategy Manager. Educational qualifications include an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and GCSEs from Bell House School, alongside A Levels in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Further Maths from King Edward VI Grammar School.
