Shane Stryker

Shane Stryker is a Senior Liaison Engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where they develop MRB repair dispositions and enhance product quality within the 737, 777, and 787 product lines. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Senior Supplier Quality Specialist at Chrysler, managing quality standards across multiple supplier manufacturing locations, achieving significant cost reductions and improvements in customer satisfaction. With a strong background in quality engineering and lean manufacturing, they hold a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Shane also possesses Shainin Red X certification and has actively led several quality improvement projects throughout their career.
