Shaun Brown

Shaun Brown is an accomplished leader currently serving as the Chief Aerospace Safety Office (CASO) Senior Director at Boeing Global Services, where they oversee safety management systems for over 18,000 employees across 175 countries. With extensive experience in aviation, Shaun previously held various leadership roles at Boeing, including Quality Superintendent and Director of Quality, where they drove significant improvements in quality ratings and regulatory compliance. Earlier in their career, Shaun served in the U.S. Army as a Pilot, Warrant Officer, and Maintenance Manager, developing strong technical and leadership skills. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the City University of Seattle between 2012 and 2015.
