Shawna Alexander

Shawna Alexander is the Senior Engineering Manager at Boeing Helena, where they lead a team focused on engineering skills integration for lean production processes. With 10 years of experience in Production Engineering, Shawna holds two undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Montana State University. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the University of Kentucky. Additionally, Shawna has completed the Manufacturing Engineering Academy, received a Lean Systems Certification, and is working on obtaining Material Review Board Authority.
