Shayne Roche

Shayne Roche is a Principal Systems Engineer at Boeing, where they have been since 2022. Previously, Shayne served as a Senior Systems Engineer and Principal Software Engineer at Boeing Defence Australia from 2019 to 2022. They have extensive experience in systems and software engineering, having held roles at BAE Systems, including Systems and Software Engineer and Platform Systems Engineer, from 1999 to 2016. Shayne began their career as an Avionic Engineer at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation from 1996 to 1999 and also worked as a Software/Integration Consultant for Havalsan in 2005.
