Shirl Jenkins

Shirl Jenkins is a results-oriented Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Boeing, with over twenty years of experience in Human Resources within the government contracting sector. They have previously held leadership roles at IntelliDyne, LLC, Shore Health System, and SRA International, Inc., where they successfully developed talent management initiatives and improved employee engagement. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Finance from Strayer University, followed by an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College.
