With experience as the Senior Program Director at Common Purpose and as a Director at Intuit Research, they have designed and delivered large-scale initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, Sonia leads Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement for Boeing in the APAC region while also overseeing Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts. They hold an Executive Master’s in Change Management from INSEAD, combining a strong foundation in organizational psychology with practical achievements in program design and stakeholder engagement.
