Stephanie Lackey

Stephanie Lackey is the Director of AI Applications and Innovations at The Boeing Company, where they lead a global AI organization focused on developing and implementing advanced technologies. Previously, they served as an Engineering Director at Raytheon Technologies, where they applied data science to optimize operations and led diverse teams in delivering innovative solutions. Stephanie has a rich background in academia, having been an Associate Professor and Director of the ACTIVE Lab at the University of Central Florida, where they specialized in immersive training technologies and AI/ML. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Deputy Director at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, managing engineering operations and resources for military projects. Stephanie earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Simulation Modeling and Analysis from the University of Central Florida.
