Stephany Matos

Stephany Matos is a Supplier Quality Engineer at Boeing since 2022, with extensive experience in quality engineering and aerospace manufacturing. Previously, Stephany served as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities included implementing quality improvements and supporting customer requirements. As a founder and graduate advisor of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, leadership and oversight of professional development activities were key roles, while participation in the Society of Women Engineers focused on empowering women in engineering and promoting STEM to youth. Educational achievements include a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering and Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. Additional experience spans various roles in tutoring, retail, and engineering design and planning.
