Stephen Beattie

Stephen Beattie is the Head of Training Standards and Chief Instructor at Boeing Defence UK, where they oversee aircrew instructor standards across various platforms. From 2000 to 2014, they served in the Royal Air Force, progressing through roles including Pilot, Co-Pilot, and Qualified Flying Instructor. Prior to their current position, Stephen worked as a C-17 Instructor Pilot at Boeing from 2014 to 2021. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from The Open University. Stephen is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Staffordshire.
