Steve Griffin

Steve Griffin is a Senior Manager in Training Services at Boeing, currently overseeing the C-17 and Modeling and Simulation as a Service programs. They have extensive experience managing training systems and government services for both domestic and international clients, with a focus on hiring and overseeing a diverse workforce. Previously, Griffin held several senior management positions at Boeing, where they led teams responsible for F-15 training initiatives and Army wargaming contracts in Europe. Additionally, Griffin is pursuing a Master of Science in System's Management at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
