Steve Novy

Steve Novy is currently the Captain of Executive Flight Operations at The Boeing Company. They began their aviation career as a pilot at Trans World Airlines and later worked with Camden Aviation before transitioning to The Boeing Company in 2007. Over the years, Steve has held various positions, including Chief Pilot and Pilot Safety Focal, where they promoted safety initiatives and managed flight crews. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation and Geography from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
