Steve Pearce

Steve Pearce is a seasoned Production Manager currently with Boeing Space Exploration, contributing expertise to a NASA program focused on the engineering development and fabrication of the Space Launch System core stage flight hardware. They previously held roles with Boeing Commercial Aircraft, specializing in the production of the 787 Dreamliner, and worked as an artificial lift technician at Schlumberger in the oil and gas energy industry. Steve has a background in training and mentoring, assisting in skill development initiatives while ensuring process compliance and quality standards. They graduated from Benton High School in 1999.
