Steven Harman

Steven Harman is an Associate Technical Fellow specializing in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) with an extensive background in engineering. They have worked at Boeing since 2020, advancing through roles that focus on manufacturing technology integration and assembly research. Prior to that, Steven served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Dynalloy Inc. and held various leadership positions at CDG, a Boeing company, overseeing design projects for major aircraft models. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and have obtained multiple professional certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, Steven is pursuing an Associate of Arts and an Associate of Science in General Studies at Riverside City College.
