Steven McCarter

Steven McCarter is a trusted leader in aerospace quality and production with over 15 years of experience in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry. Currently serving as a Production Manager at Lockheed Martin, they have progressed from a Quality Assurance Professional to a Manufacturing First Line Manager over their career. Steven held multiple positions at Boeing, including Core Quality Manager and Manufacturing Manager, where they developed and implemented business plans and led process improvements. They also served as a Maintenance Supervisor in the US Navy, specializing in aviation ordinance. Steven earned an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Columbia College.
